    I actually once saw pieces of these railings scattered on Ethel Avenue. I wonder what happened this time -accident or vandalism?

    Last spring, residents also noticed 3 pieces of concrete, each the size of bricks, which had fallen off the north face of the bridge over the west sidewalk. Thankfully no one was hit. We reported it to Canadian Pacific who followed up.
