Viceroy Factory, c.1929  adopted by City Council on Aprl 25-27, 2006 as a Historical Contextual building, for many years was a rubber processor and manufacturer at this location, The company which still operates as Allied Viceroy Group with offices at 707 Arrow Rd was a long, large  and sable employee for the community

  1. i'm somewhat ashamed to have some stuff stored here, it seems like such a waste of a very beautiful building. condos might be good for the neighbourhood's property values, but it would be awesome to see it used at some point for something that's economically productive, with jobs etc.
