  2. The blog nor the author has any interest in the building , nor was it given any funds to publish the post.

    The post is simply there to illustrate a number of points 1, just outside of a local BIA rent is cheaper because the levy does not have to be paid. 2, the blog likes it when building owners are open about their buildings. - These people are - so many many shops in the area have a lot of surprises popping up around them. Also the blog likes the rational they are proposing for renting their stores - maybe we should have said the post was intended for Junction BIA members :-)

  3. opps forgot the blog doesn't even know these people, and the junctionner never requests or accepts offers of money or in kind services from any local business, not that people have not offered - just want to keep the blog unencumbered.
