Images from the  start of construction event this morning for the The Village by High Park, an Options for Homes' new affordable homeownership condominium project in the Junction.

The Options for Homes' people stated the project was the largest affordable home ownership project in Canada.

    At the information session Saturday Options said people will start moving into this building in August 2010 and the entire building will be occupied by January 2011.

    They had 20 units still for sale, mostly larger 800 to 1100 sq.ft., but with a turnout of about 60 people at the session and the condo market back on track they expect most would be sold this month.
