House of continual construction gets lots of workers lately

This house on the NW corner of Pacific Ave and Annette St. Has been under continual construction for over a decade.

Now a team contractors is flooding the site.

  1. Its nice to see this building renovated, but I do miss the old cars in the driveway.

    It looks like 8 apartments are going in. On the design side, I like the balconies and the overall design but the large gray box on the Pacific side could use a window.

  2. I believe this was owned previously by a horder.. i couldn't believe all the garbage they were pulling out of this house after the owner expired..
