This land that was part of the West Toronto CPR yard and last used by the railway as a place to test their Iron Highway concept. Sold late last year the site now appears to be being readied by the new owner for development.

  2. I have been enquiring about this parcel of land at a city level and this is what there response to me was, on Monday,November 12, 2012....below:

Although the City has not received an application, we have had discussions with the agent for the owner who has advised that the parcel has been purchased and that they expect to file an application for a proposed development that would be permitted be the existing employment zoning.

Until the application is submitted along with plans of the proposed development, the City is not is able to provide further information.
