A fire occurred in what was a legal rooming house building on Mc Murray Ave in June of 2011.
At the time the building housed five apartments. Now permits have been issued to repair the building, but the blog is told only with 3 apartments.
2/3's of the fire damaged roof has to be removed as well as the north facing wall which is less than foot from the next house will have to be rebuilt with steel studs.
