The resolution is that Rona will keep their loud speakers at a volume level of 3 rather than the usual 7 during the hours of 6:30 pm in the morning to 10:00 pm in evening.
They moved their loud speakers to a more inward facing location.
This is great... but it begs the question why would they want the option of turning them up over night?
