This picture posted by on Flicker provides a great example why condominium developments should be designed to reflect the community character ( thats why it was allowed to break the west end subject matter of this blog) and the provide integration into the built environment they are being placed into. will this one?
From the image poster. One of three buildings on Charles Street East being considered under a rezoning proposal (this will be demolished and replaced with a condo building). I think I'm writing my councillor tomorrow.
Perhaps if the developer was more community communicative he wold not be so mad, many good developers hold public meeting and fare well with bring there project to a community.
