Hey, there are studios for rent on Vine ave numbers 142 to 144 which was the A and B plastic building - until the mid 80's? and more recently a textile company.
The current conversion to studios has the building owner taking the long enclosed loading dock to the west side of he building and opening it up to allow sunlight to enter the building.
