It provides a useful service for those who own cars and a rental service. But unlike most of the buildings along Dundas, it's a single use building that provides little employment and no residential space, so I think other uses at this location would be more beneficial. Higher density is key to sustaining Victorian business/residential areas. They also look best with multi-storey buildings built right to the sidewalk without gaps, unless it's for public space or an institution like a church.
