2978 Dundas Street West undergoing brick remediation
Over the past few months the east and north walls of this building have undergone a rather long stepped procedure to repair the brick of the building. this author believes the building owner should be commended for taking the time and care to consider the community and the building when repairing his building.
He could have chosen to simply the lowest cost modern "repair" method.

I really wish they'd cover that big hole in the ground to the basement!
ReplyDeleteI hope that huge Victorian block on the northwest corner of Dundas and Keele is next. Maybe the owner could at least remove the graffiti near the laundromat by the parking lot on Keele .
