The news houses at 63 and 67 Vine Ave - now being bricked are already changing the build environment of the avenue, not just by there replacing lots fro years neglected by a far away owner, but also also in the design decision to not build the houses with pecked roofs.
How come so much has been said about the possible design issues of these new townhouses, yet there haven't been many renderings or architectural drawings shown here? How were the design concerns addressed?
