Oh - I Love this! This is neat! But does it work? We are desperately in need of something to slow traffic on Runnymede in front of Runnymede PS. Any local artists out there willing to help?
ReplyDeleteIn reality we urgently need some traffic lights that actually turn red and some law enforcement from TPS to slap fine on drivers who don't respect the rights of small children to life!
This is at Universal Studios Japan, there is talk about it on real streets in various urban forums.
