Joes Barber Salon jumping decades in interior design as preps are made for second generation

Joe who started cutting hair at 13 in Malta and who has been doing the same in the Junction for over 50 years in various stores.

His store across from Malta park is being made ready for his daughters salon.

    I've been Joanne and Franco for years and I CANNOT WAIT for them to come to the Junction.
