House of continual construction gets lots of workers lately

This house on the NW corner of Pacific Ave and Annette St. Has been under continual construction for over a decade.

Now a team contractors is flooding the site.

    Its nice to see this building renovated, but I do miss the old cars in the driveway.

    It looks like 8 apartments are going in. On the design side, I like the balconies and the overall design but the large gray box on the Pacific side could use a window.

    I believe this was owned previously by a horder.. i couldn't believe all the garbage they were pulling out of this house after the owner expired..

    Maybe there will be interesting finishing touches, but right now it's the kind of eyesore that we don't need.
